When you do a Yard Sale at home, you hope people will stop. But with thousands of dollars in advertising behind our Yard Sale, we can guarantee you shoppers! Come setup shop and sell whatever you have *: Household items, toys, games, furniture, clothes, jewelry, crafts, antiques or collectibles. Sell as much as you want because you get to keep all the money you make!
The World’s Largest Yard Sale is promoted on Big Frog 104, Lite 98.7, 96.1 The Eagle, 96.9 WOUR and WIBX950am, with On-Air & Online Streaming Commercials/Website/Facebook, Fairgrounds Website, Fliers, TV & Print Advertising!
OPTIONS:
- INDOOR: Book a prime indoor space! Each Space is 10’x10’ and comes with ONE 8’ table. Load-in is the day before Friday-June 11th from 2-6pm with more time to set-up. Spots are pre-assigned. Actual space shown on set-up day. Additional 8' tables are available to rent (we encourage you to reserve your additional tables while booking your space as we cannot guarantee there will be extra tables available on the day of the event). There are a limited number of spaces with power available.
- PAVILION: Book a prime covered outdoor space! Each Space is 10’x10’ and comes with ONE 8’ table. The pavilion outside is nice so you don’t have to worry about bringing a tent. Load-in is on Saturday, June 12th from 5:30-8:00am. Spots are pre-assigned. Actual space shown on set-up day. Additional tables are NOT available for rent with a Pavilion space.
- OUTDOORS: 10’ wide x 20’ deep Space Outside on the fairgrounds. Load-in is on Saturday morning, June 12th from 5:30-8:00am. Outdoor regardless of weather – bring a tent! Tables are NOT included and are NOT available for rent with an Outdoor Booth.
OTHER INFO:
- We accept Yard/Garage participants, Flea Market Vendors, Crafters, Home Based Companies, Small Retail Businesses. Home Businesses/Home-Based Companies are those who work from home, book parties, run own internet company, etc., such as Avon-Mary Kay-Pampered Chef-Home Interiors-Candle/Jewelry, etc.
- For Major Companies, Large Retail, Food & Beverage Vendors: CALL 315-272-2803. You CANNOT use this form to participate. Participation must also be pre-approved by the Fairgrounds & Townsquare Media.
- If booking more than 1-space, choose the approprate number in the dropdown in your category for your total.
- Additional Tables are available to rent at $10 each for INSIDE BOOTHS ONLY. You may bring additional tables/display racks/etc. of your own. There is a limited number of inside spaces with power available - this is available to inside booths and for Food Vendors for an additional $20 charge.
- No spaces reserved without payment. NO SPACES rented Day of Event. Booth spaces are assigned as soon as we receive payment on a 'first come, first serve' basis. We cannot guarantee a spot you requested will be available when purchasing a booth.
If the event is cancelled due to COVID-19, your booth space will be fully refunded.
*What CANNOT be sold: NO Tobacco, Firearms, Weapons, Alcohol, Suggestive or Provocative Items.**
