Join us for Motorfest presented by Sampede Steakhouse (Formerly Joel's), an annual family-friendly event that includes 29 classes of vehicles, food and live music plus shopping at a variety of vendor booths, giveaways, cash prizes and a whole lot more. The vehicles, vendors, music and food are all located on the beautiful lawn of Vernon Downs.
• 8-10 a.m. – On your way to Vernon Downs, listen to 96.1 WODZ for our live broadcast featuring WIBX Auto Talk host Ed Welsh. Keep your vehicle tuned to 96.1 throughout the day for live announcements and updates.
• 8 a.m. – Vehicle Check-In and Registration
--Pre-registered vehicles will be able to check-in at their dedicated lane to receive their windshield sign and voting ballots and be directed to their designated class location.
• 10:30 a.m. – Live Music by the Rusty Doves at the Mohawk Valley Renovations Stage
• Noon – Voting ballots must be returned to the registration table no later than Noon. The first 150 returned receive special commemorative Motorfest Magnets. People’s Choice ballots must also be returned at this time.
• 1 pm. –The Fulton Chain Gang on the Mohawk Valley Rennovations Stage.
• 2:30 p.m. – Award Ceremony at the Motorfest Stage. Class Awards, People’s Choice and Best in Show awards all announced.
• 3 p.m. – Cruise Home. Visit our website, 961wodz.com after the event for photos and updates on Motorfest 2015.
If you would like to bring a vehicle for sale, you can register it for just $10 and you will be placed in the Car Corral where spectators and other car owners can see your vehicle for sale.
